Lainey Wilson Tops Stagecoach and Country Calling Lineups, Adds SoCal Show

Singer-songwriter Lainey Wilson is anchoring two major country festivals this year and heading to California’s Central Coast for a standalone date, underscoring her surge to headliner status. The news, reported by Pollstar and JamBase, places her alongside marquee names like Chris Stapleton and Miranda Lambert on the Empire Polo Club grounds in Indio for Stagecoach and on the beach in Ocean City, Maryland, for Country Calling.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Stagecoach runs April 24–26 at the Empire Polo Club, with Wilson as a main-stage headliner next to Cody Johnson and Post Malone. A separate report from JamBase confirms she will also headline Country Calling on October 2–3 at Ocean City Inlet, alongside Stapleton, Lambert and Rascal Flatts, with Dierks Bentley, Brothers Osborne, Travis Tritt and Charley Crockett further down the bill.

Festival Headliner and Ticket Details

Billboard first reported the Country Calling lineup, and Pollstar added that the Maryland festival will use three stages, including two on the sand and one along the boardwalk. A presale for Country Calling begins April 23 at 10 a.m. ET, with general on sale opening at 11 a.m. ET the same day; the festival is offering tiered access from GA+ to VIP, Platinum and Ultimate passes, plus new “Bungalows” for groups of up to 12 that include elevated viewing and private hospitality.

For Stagecoach, the LA Times guide notes that general admission three-day passes start at $619 and that Corral-level passes are required for the closest viewing areas near the Mane Stage. Set times are already posted and gates open at 1 p.m. daily from April 24–26, with music ending by midnight. The paper also highlights that Amazon Music, Prime Video and Twitch will carry live coverage for viewers at home.

What This Means for SoCal Fans

Though Indio is the headline SoCal stop for Wilson this spring, she has already booked a summer appearance closer to the Southland. She is set to perform July 17 at the California Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles, a short drive from Southern California. The same fairgrounds will host Chris Stapleton on July 14 and Charley Crockett at Vina Robles Amphitheatre on July 18, creating a mini-run of major-country dates on the Central Coast.

Editorially, the festival placements confirm Wilson’s shift from breakthrough to anchor act. Her Stagecoach headlining slot and top billing at Country Calling mirror the pattern of Miranda Lambert and Brooks & Dunn, who also appear on both lineups, and position her squarely in the same touring tier as Chris Stapleton, who will play North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista on July 10–11.

Looking Ahead

With Stagecoach set to wrap on April 26 and Country Calling in October, Wilson has a clear runway of major dates before and after the summer. Festival season will also bring Russell Dickerson to The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on May 20 and Pitbull to Hollywood Bowl on May 30, while Miranda Lambert is slated for Yaamava’ Theater in Highland on November 12. For fans tracking Wilson’s rise, the coming months offer multiple chances to see her at both festivals and fairgrounds across the region.
