INXS is one of 10 first-time nominees on the Rock Hall ballot of 17, joined by Jeff Buckley, Phil Collins, Melissa Etheridge, Lauryn Hill, New Edition, P!nk, Shakira, Luther Vandross and Wu-Tang Clan., per Billboard.
Despite the great deal of criticism lobbed at the institution for its alleged misogyny, racism and genre discrimination, the Rock and Roll. separately, Exclaim reported.
